A beautiful thin and light silver bracelet made by the marsh people of Mesopotamia depicting a way of life that is  fast disappearing. The bracelet is hand etched and shows three straw huts built in the traditional style of Marsh Arabs by the river. Usually this type of bracelet is decorated with niello, but not so on this bracelet.

Dimensions;

The bracelet has an inside circumference of  15.5 cm  (6 1/8") .  The gap is another 2.5 cm (1"), so it would fit a medium wrist.   Width is just under 3 cm (1 1/4") and  weight is 15 g.
